About Us

Sunflour Coffee is currently located in the historic village of Pawling NY, within our very own Sunflour Bakery.  The bakery opened in 2019 and has since broadened its reach to the surrounding areas, selling baked goods through our amazing wholesale partners! In August of 2021 we began our coffee roasting journey.  It has been a wild ride but we haven't looked back. Online and in-store you will find our carefully curated coffee selections, roasted fresh on our all-electric Bellwether Roaster!  We roast in small batches consisting of no more than 6lbs at a time to ensure consistency and quality.  Order here at our online store, shipping to all fifty states (free shipping on 2 or more bags), or visit us and smell the intoxicating scent of fresh roasted coffee and freshly baked pastries!
